We’ll share your proposed itinerary with you and then incorporate your feedback, so it reflects exactly what you want. Then, we’ll take care of all your travel bookings, create one seamless-from-start-to-finish itinerary.
Depart & Discover

Before you depart, you’ll receive access to your full itinerary (and our insider travel guidance) via mobile app, so you always have your travel intel at your fingertips. You’ll also receive contact information for our in-destination partners; assistance, should you need it, is close at hand.

What is Virtuoso?
A: Virtuoso is an invite-only consortia of the world’s leading travel companies, including hotels, resorts, cruise lines, and luxury travel agencies like ourselves. Our affiliation with Virtuoso (via our host agency, Jet Set World Travel) means we can procure exclusive perks and amenities for our clients, whenever possible, at Virtuoso partner properties around the world.
What kinds of trips can you design?
A: We specialize in luxury trip design for clients who want to go hands-off with the details, while enjoying high-touch, personalized service. We offer a breadth of trip design possibilities, including cruises, resorts, tours, and custom itineraries built from the ground up.
We also offer ultra luxury services like private jets, yachts, and villas. Essentially, whatever you dream up—we can deliver. You can learn more about our travel specialties right here.
What is the cost to work with Meridian Miles?
A: We ask for a Design Fee before we begin planning your trip. Our Design Fee starts at $400 per trip and varies based on trip complexity; we will share the exact fee with you after your complimentary consultation call.
What if I only want to book a hotel through you—can you help?
A: Absolutely! We offer fee-free bookings at partner hotels, so you can reap the benefits (like extra amenities) of booking through our network. Simply browse the Virtuoso properties, pick your favorite option, and book directly through the portal. If you have a hotel in mind that you don’t see inside the portal, email us directly for booking assistance! Please note: this fee-free service is for hotel bookings only, NOT comprehensive itinerary design or guidance on choosing a hotel.
